I have continued with the idea of changing a material by leaving an imprint, this time using knitted copper wire in playdough. This allowed me to experiment with ideas in a quick, malleable way. I continued working with copper wire, to crochet a more sculptured piece which, I then dipped in acrylic paint. I like the idea of creating more sculptural pieces, and of leaving a textured imprint on a surface. I think I can experiment further with both these ideas using liquid latex.
